Welcome to SASYRO Software Studio. By accessing or using our websites, software, and applications (including Ideagraph, Pulse, mobile apps, and FaderFlux), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SASYRO provides a suite of software tools ranging from AI-powered productivity canvases (Ideagraph) to event management software (Pulse) and local hardware utilities (FaderFlux). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
Billing: Certain Services (like Ideagraph Pro) are offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual fees. Payments are non-refundable except as required by EU consumer law. Prices exclude VAT, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the data, text, and media you upload or create using our Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the Services for you.
Our Property: The software, code, UI/UX design, and branding associated with SASYRO, Ideagraph, Pulse, and FaderFlux are the exclusive property of SASYRO Software Studio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our software.
Ideagraph utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text, code, methodologies, and visual relationships. AI can make mistakes or hallucinate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output before relying on it for academic, professional, or medical purposes.
You agree not to use our Services to: upload illegal, abusive, or highly sensitive/classified data; attempt to bypass our AI safety filters; scrape or spam our infrastructure; or use our platform to distribute malware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SASYRO Software Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including data loss, hardware issues (e.g., related to FaderFlux), or errors in AI output.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kavala, Greece.
